Terms & Conditions


Once your pergola is ready for delivery we will contact you to schedule delivery. We will unload and place neatly in a convenient location.​ A delivery surcharge will be added to any delivery past a 200 mile distance from our shop in Nottigham,NH. Remote or hard-to-reach areas (example: Nantucket, MA, etc.) may incur additional shipping fees. If this is the case with your order, a Customer Service representative will contact you promptly to notify you of any additional charges. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any problems with this type of delivery at the time of purchase.


Pergolaworks does not do any site work. We will only install on your completed surface. Have questions about your particular situation? Contact us. We’ll be happy to assess and advise on best practices.

Refunds & Returns

Because our pergolas are custom cut to order, refunds or returns are not issued unless due to reasons specified in warranty.


Limited Warranty

Our pergola kits are constructed using natural wood. The lumber is pre-cut and drilled to facilitate assembly. The wood used in our pergola kits will include varying amounts of natural color shading, grain, knots, checking and minor warping or other non-structural imperfections. Pergolaworks will, however, provide a 1-year limited warranty on any defective hardware.

NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY: Damage from normal wear and tear, expected weathering of product due to but not limited to exposure to vapor or acid rain, chalking, mildew, exposure to harmful chemicals, faulty or improper assembly and/or installation, settlement or failure of any structure on which the product(s) is installed, settlement or soil movement, misuse, abnormal or improper use, accident, alteration, neglect, abuse, abrasion, cosmetic cracks, air pollutants, improper service or installation, impact of foreign objects, or damage caused by flood, wind, hail, lightning, fire, or acts of God are not covered by this limited warranty.
